What happens after I've placed an order?

After you have placed an order we will check the order and you will receive an confirmation by e-mail. 

When my order will be send out?

After we received the payment the order will be send out whitin 2 working day's. 

Do I receive an invoice?

By each paid order you will receive an invoice from us by e-mail.

What are the delivery costs?

The delivery cost depends of the order amount and the quantity. 

How do we deliver your order?

All the orders are delivered by professional shipping companies, with a Tracking Number that allows to follow the order and ensure they get to you.

Do we ship to all countries?

We easily deliver in all European Countries, for orders from other countries just contact us, and we'll do our best to get you the best equipment!

What is your return policy?

You have 14 days to return the goods after you buy them. You can do it if you return them in the original package, in the same conditions they have been sold and with the original invoice. Return costs will never be refunded. Paintball boxes that have been send by package can't be returned! 

What to do if my order was damaged by the shipping company?

When you receive the order you should check it. If any damage is visible, write to the shipping company waybill and inform us in 24h.
